you want us to stop watching the video and do the work, but we can't do the work until we download the materials. We can't download the materials till we watch the video....

Like the idea of complaint list but should this be ongoing or have a time limit on it?

So far this is reconfirming things we are doing...customer complaint log and account classification.....what i am hearing is that we need to be more diligent in our efforts......

Question for you; we have a lot of clients in our MIS system that are at $0 for many reasons. They used to be customers, they are close to becoming customers, etc. Should we place them into the spreadsheet even though they contribute $0 in revenue?

Thanks,

Paul

The thing that stood out for us was the "what are you doing with that?" question and using that information to upsell from the initial enquiry.
It's simple, easy to do and without a doubt, giving your client the best possible service.

very interesting. The only problem was that you cannot download any documents until you have watched the video. Think I will have to now watch all of this again.... which would not be a bad idea

I wish you could download the first so that you could make notes on the handout while you are listening to the video.

I specfically found the percentage break down of my customer base very enlightening. the product segmentation of what my platinum customers are ordering will make me re-direct my marketing campaign.

Straight forward suggestions. We already know our top 20% clients but will also replace their standard manilla folders with a colored folder to create a heighten sene of importance and care.

Gave us a good feel for which customers are worth looking after. The whole team are now aware about who our VIP clients are.

You have a good way of simplifying and organizing the actions that we know, in the back of our minds, we should be taking.

25 Neil November 2, 2010 at 3:50 PM

The video says stop after part one, and implement it, but you've got to watch the whole video before you can access the download?

26 Anthony January 14, 2011 at 5:50 PM

so far so good easy to follow
