1) FAQ For The Print Coach

My question about the Print Coach Membership is:

  • What currency do you use?
  • Everything is done in $USD. We do it that way to keep parity in our fees regardless which country you are based in.

    Usually your credit card company will show you the equivalent amount in your currency on your statement.

  • If I was to sign up for this program, what is my total investment / commitment from start to finish?
  • The Profit.Ology Club with Printers’ Profit Blueprints is currently on offer at $97 pcm (reduced from $297) while we are launching the program. If you want access to the Production Blueprints, that’s an additional $47 pcm. .

  • Your monthly credit card statement should work as a receipt. If you do require a written invoice, please fill out a Support ticket and we can work with you to get you what you need.

  • What does the charge appear as on my statement?
  • If you ordered a product from us, the charge will show up from "The Print Coach".

  • I’m not a printer… will this work for me?
  • Yes - 80% of what I coach will work for any company. The examples in this system are specifically for printers, so you'll need to interpret them for your particular business.

  • I'm just not sure this is for me. It sounds more like it is for owners than it is for sales reps.

  • I’d really like to take Pay Pal. Unfortunately, they have some technical restrictions on their system which means it won’t work the way we want in our system.

  • How does your guarantee work?

  • To upgrade or downgrade your Print Coach Membership you need to personally fill out a Support Ticket.

    If you do decide to cancel your subscription to Profit.ology you will lose access to any remaining modules in the Printers’ Profit Blueprints system.

  • How do I update my billing and/or shipping info?
  • To update your billing and/or shipping information, you need to fill out a support ticket. Just click on the Support Ticket Link and fill in the required information. Your information will be changed for you and you will be emailed a confirmation.

  • Can I mail you a Check or pay via PayPal?
  • The only methods of payment we accept at this time are Credit / Debit Cards.

    If you wish to pay for a whole year's membership in advance, then we can discuss alternative payment arrangements. If that is the case, then just fill out a Billing Support ticket.

    Profit.ology is specifically for printers who want to grow sales and profits – run their business more effectively – and get a competitive advantage.

    The core of The Profit.Ology Club are the Printers Profit Blueprints. On average you will receive one new blueprint each month (subject to change depending on the size of the module). You get all the material including the videos, guide books, implementation blueprints, MP3s and any other surprise bonuses I have in store. The modules are designed to progress like building a building. First we put in the foundations… then we build the actual building.

    You will also receive a monthly ‘Note from Nick’ from me by fax. These contain unusual business insights delivered in an unusual format. You’ll see what I mean when you begin receiving them.

    You will also receive a quarterly printed club newsletter. This contains business gems that are not part of the blueprints… but are critical ongoing success.

  • How do I access my membership materials online?
  • Simply go to http://www.theprintcoach.com and sign in with the user name and password you selected (this information was also emailed to you).

    You will receive weekly emails with links to the Printers’ Profit Blueprints system. Just follow the simple instructions in the email.

  • I tried to access some modules but was denied access.
  • The modules are meant to be completed in order, this is the only way to build a solid, strong foundation. If you are a member and find a module that you do not have access to, it is likely because you are not meant to be at that module yet. The modules are time released, so be patient, you will get to that module at some point.

  • How do I change my billing and/or mailing address?
  • To update your billing and/or shipping information, you need to fill out a support ticket. Just click on the Billing Support ticket and fill in the required information. Your information will be changed for you and you will be emailed a confirmation.

  • My newsletter arrived damaged.

    My question about the Print Coach Membership Site is

  • I need my username and/or password.
  • You should have received an email confirmation when you joined that included your username and/or password. If you did not receive an email confirmation or do not have access to it anymore, simply fill in your email address at the member's log-in page and we'll email your details to you.

  • How do I change my username and/or password?
  • Simply fill out a support ticket with your name, company name, your current username and the username and/or password that you prefer and we can get that information to you.

  • How do I add other employees/coworkers from my company so that they can access the materials online?
  • Simply fill out a support ticket with your name, company name, your current username and the contact information (name, company, title, email, etc) of the person you would like to add as well the username and/or password that they prefer and we can get that information to you. There may be an additional charge for additional members.

  • How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?
  • To upgrade or downgrade your Print Coach Membership you need to personally fill out this form: Print Coach support ticket Request
