This is some very good material. Thanks Nick!
Video Comment: Very good business help. People tend to forget simple rule & try inventing complicated ones.
good reminder, in this economy it is a little tough to say please and thank you
Video Comment - its a good refresher of back to the basics in selling anything. thank you
I look forward to this.
You are right about integrity it is very important in everything we do. I like your comment about getting personal, too much of us are focusing to much on getting the order !
very interesting
GOOD REMINDERS
Common sense that needs a lot of working on to become habit forming. I do some of it all of the time but not all of it every time.
It´s worthwhile
Sound could be better. Once again you put out basic concepts which we can now concentrate. Keep it coming!
Dick
Thank you for another great video. It's easy to take customers for granted, by not keeping up with these four habits. I know our company can improve in all of these areas, and we shall begin today on those improvements.
I knew about all habits before watching, but this video stresses the importance of doing all 4 habits all the time. It's so simple, yet when I do all of them, my clients love it and I feel good about myself.
Very interesting. Acts as a good reminder of the things that you have always done but may have got a bit lazy with.
obvious, but sometimes forgotten-solid info and should be used as a reminder daily
Basic , but forgotten skills. Thanks.I use sendoutcards.com/clarkadams for thank you's and personal notes.
thanks
Good points, sounds like common sense but need reminding.....
I have only just started up my small book binding business but I reallise i have entered into this business world with the wrong attitude, especially with regards to timekeeping. I think this is the kick up the backside i need.
Sounds like a good presentaqtion to me.Video Comment
Thank You, I do it now, really good.
I believe the video is very helpful in reminding us to keep the 4 habits at the forefront of our sales effort.
Very good and need to know more.
Video Comment - Very good reminders of what everyones daily habits should be - Thanks !
Intresting and easy roll to follow (I think).
the video was good at getting you to think about these habits and how to improve upon them
Very intersting position to start with loohks
Good stuff, way, way too long - about 3 times to long and poor sound quality.
everyone knows them but seldom use them. We unconsciously do all 4 especially 4 as we are a walk in
Great stuff on Punctuality, Intergrity, consistency and gratitude
Great video. When I follow your common sense habits my outlook and selfconfidence improves.
I learned to finish what I start. Sometimes I don't. I have practiced #4 with receptionists and am welcomed nicely when I stop in again.
Always good to get a reminder of the basics.
As a Trade Printer the be on time tip is a must. I have gotten print jobs simply because my quote was received first, and the client did not have to wait.
Good content- re-enforces what I think I should do but very often neglect to do.
Good stuff.
I try and impress on my staff the inportance of being on time, sometimes they are. Thankyou notes are often replied to with a "Thank You" so everyone feels good about the deal.
This video reminded me an reinforced the things that I did well and have slipped a bit with this economy and personal trials.
Great information, i have always tried to be on time, sometimes it is a bit hard being involved in production as time get's away from you and seeing customers, but i have always been polite and thank all people from reception to directors.
I learned that it is important to treat all customers staff equally and to be polite by saying "please and thank you".
I have always ensured that I am on time, and to the extent that i will be at my appointment up to 10 mins early. This has got me a reputation of being very keen and punctual which I don't mind as it is now a habit.
Thank you for this great video, integrity, finish what you start, i'm a starter but i leave loose ends. i will develop the habit of finishing once again thank you for this email
Good video. The four things are common sense, but I know I am guilty of not doing these things.
Very usefull.Thank you.
Video Comment. nice video with different techniques. thanks.
very good
Integrity, Do what you say and finish what you start are key to this 4 habits
WE KNOW ALL THESE THINGS BUT NEED REMINDING. THANKS
good video, basic common sense to most people but unfortunately not everyone.
Very informative, small this which needs attention will produce good results. Do like to know how to start a slaes call
Like it - See you Wednesday
simple but effective
the video is very productive to me
a great reinforcement of some simple things that we all should but don't do...
quite like to 10 minute snippet...probably a better way to communicate this type of information than say a webinar...so nice accessible technique
Very good!
It is very educative
It is very infomative.
Very good, need to have a copy of the handout
great info!! The 4 points are key and use them, especially the last one, thanking for their time.
it's always good to focus on the basics, and that's what I consider these 4 tips.
Great reminders. But these should be more than habits they're requirements in todays marketplace.
very nice and interesting talk
Good tips
Great advice that we all are aware of, but don't practice enough of!
very good information, and i am sure it will help us,pl carry on,with more ideas
I try as much as possible to these four habits though am yet to make it perfect some of my clients see me as part of their organisation they do nothing within the services we offer without consulting us right down from the security to the CEO and I hope to make it perfect for all our clients thanks
Learnt - nothing new but useful reminder and refresher. I do try to use all of these and have done for many years. They make a real difference
Sound quality a bit below par
Thanks
Thank you
Very good and helpfull
i like it
Thanks Nick. useful as ever, I have always concentrated on 'please & thank you'.
more good stuff
Great reminders!
Reminded about things that have sliped over the years.
Have used them all before and still using them now, but, not in a regular way.
Will now start to use again as a habit.
Video Comment
i have always felt that my integrity was one of my strongest assets. as you said trust is the one thing that brings a customer back time and again.
like to know more about to grow sales
thanks for nice information
standard business practice but often missed .. good comments, the biggest part of what i get out of it is my own integrity . sometimes it pays .. sometimes it does not
All of the 4 habits seem fairly obvious at first but making a point of implementing them throughout the day seems initially to make quite a substantial differenc, not only to the response you get but also to the level of cooperation from colleagues.
Interesting. But actually quite logical advices in behaviour matters
Simple stuff to understand but very powerful when put in to action. The hard bit is making them a habit.
I like it. After many years in print these reminders are refreshing. Thank you.
Good thoughts. Always have used politenesss to all and has always been successful
brief but efficient
I am bad on 1 to 3 OK on 4
basic common sense that we all know but `i dont use it
Thank you for the reminder of how to strip things back to basics and to do the basics well and regularly
In feedback I would say that the video is simple common sense. Which is so easy to say and less easy to do.
Just after i heard this on my pc decided i would call a customer i had not seen for a long time - what a suprise he said he needed to see me but had lost my card and was about to use another printer £200 order followed the conversation and he has ordered calanders for Christmas as well - good result will stay in touch
I try to be polite to all people on visits and this has had a positive effect. I am bad at doing what I say and am going to make a big effort to improve even though time is scarce.
Thanks for reminding me
Effective communication of your message!
makes sense
Great stuff!
The 4:or Habits vidio was Very Good end simpl. I think too use this simpel tools you get me and look for some feedback on the contakts Il have. Have a nise day! Mvh //Niklas
Very good I use the Please and thankyou
Great as always, i like to think i am consistently good in saying please and thank you but as you mention in your video don't always remember to show the same level to all members of an organisation
As the VP of Sales at Scitex for many years, this is a great reminder of what we preached that helped us all stay with the fundamentals.
As the Pres of a small company now, I will be reinforcing these fundamentals again as you are right on target! Good to know that someone is listening and promoting.
Thanks
so easy to follow up
Very informative video
These "habits" should be as simple as getting up in the morning. I especially subscribe to #4-"Thank You!"
Wonderful information - it's always good to be reminded about the little things we tend to forget
I loved video. It made me realize that I actually really do these 4 itmes. when I send an estimate I always say please call or email me with any questions. I almost always get a response
great stuff - can't wait to see more
The entire refresher is quite good. I find that even after 30 years in the field is pays to review the basics. I especially like having the 4 point breakdown. 1) I do work hard at showing up on time or letting the client know I'll be late. 2) Following up is mandatory to develop and closing sales. 3) I most always complete the task, with occasional misstep's; working to improve. 4) I most often remember to say please and thanks you, but it does get away from me at times, still working to improve in this area.
Simple rules, but very effective. They are habits that we often forget to practice.
food for thought
wotyh a try
I thought I had 4 good habits but on reflection I fall short a bit on all and a lot on one
Making these four things a habit, easy but not easy to do. I am going to hang the flyer up on my office wall to remind me each day till I do not need reminding. And it is funny, but they other day I was leaving a client and had told him how much I appriecated his business and thank you so much. The next day he called me with a referral because I made him feel appreicated.
I love your presentations, thank you!
nothing new but still solid content!
Please & thank you, treating all people the same. Receptionist suggested they use us for printing.
Amazing how we really forget to do these things. I will definitiely try these out.
Having just watched the video, the habits that were discussed would be very usefull to a number of employees in our company, including myself.
It was good to get the reminder of these habbits.
The video was good, but it needs to show real life images where people were interacting in the business world.
Effective Strategy.
I have tried to keep to these principles but still occasionally struggle. I have found that if someone wants something in a hurry and don't have time to shop around they will come to the person that they know will answer the query immediately
and get the job done at an agreed time.
Have noticed that thanking people is very beneficial. I try to apply that. Also, respecting everyone - that is vital for the reasons you mention, as well as fact that it is just right to acknowledge everyone, as everyone is important in their own right.
I'm not as good as I thought I was...looks like I need to brush things up a little.
Thanks for the link and the knowledge!
I have always been polite to everyone i meet whether it be a receptionist or a manager, i would just do this naturally but i do think it helps people to remember you, so is good for business.
Very good
Great habits to have. Thanks, for the reminder
Habits i need to work on
Many thanks for these great hints to become better¬
I've used all of the habits before and gotten good results, especially thanking clients for their business.
good stuff!
Ready to make all 4 habits part of my every day business model.
Excellent and will use the advice daily
fantastic
Thanks Nick!
These are also great tips to be reminded of, even though we should be doing them every day in all facets of our lives anyway. I find that saying please and thank you to my employees is a great way to start and practice this great art. I am still trying to get on top of sending out notes etc to my customers though. This is something that does not come naturally to me yet.
The video was very good. We practice these habits, however, it is difficult because businesses now use email and texting. It is much more difficult to build personal relationships. I would be interested in your comments.
Excellent video, great info and ideas.
great basic info
Great video
Fantastic
Nothing new. But a great reminder. I have a whole box of unused thank you cards that need to be dusted off. Also need to make a strong commitment to get quotes back promptly maybe set a deadline of within 24 hours or less
I just did your webinar and wanted to see what you were all about. Good information, thank you.
Thanks for the tips, you are definately right about treating eveyone as equal, you never know where your next referral will come from. Thanks
Very useful
This segment on habits was very good. TY notes take time to write but are very much appreciated.
I try to follow your advice almost daily, but still have not developed the habit to succeed everyday. Must try harder.
Great video once again
Totally agree with all of it, particularly treating everyone as you would want to be treated! In fact something we all got taught as children. The key to referrals is through customer care.
V.
4 simple tips we should always use in everyday life, but I can already think of instances where I've not met them. A useful reminder!
Great video, particularly liked the thank you part. Made me realise what we could do additionally with our existing customers
As usual very insightful. Like you I'm good at some but not where I want to be. Paying attention to everyone in a customer is something I try to do always. I must start finishing what I start
Thank you
again, we forget the four simple rules sometimes, looking forward to putting this in place today, thank you
Great video
The 4 elements have an added value when used together. Being polite to everyone pays dividends.
Makes perfect sense!
Value customers time!
Keep promises
Do what you say your going to do.
Be couteous to all people in every business!
these should be 'A Given'
I think I am pretty good at these and I think I have a good reputation with my customers, but I will endeavor to do more - I know it is at the most stressful times that these are the first things to take a back seat!
Really good tips. The basics often get forgotten or overlooked.
Good tips to put in to practice!
Good policy - keep it simple.
demonstrating commitment in all areas is vital...
Great reminder of what we all should be doing but sometimes forget.
GVideo Comment
Excellent, I have forwarded to other sales people within my organisation for feedback
Great reminder of what we should all be doing
sound advice
Good reminders...
