Great module! I have stared the niche process on 3 markets in the past only to fail to impliement when i saw another printer already addressing that niche. This has motivated me to develop a better offering and approach and implement in the face of established compitition.
There is a lot of information in this module. We will have to think and discuss so that I'm sure I can understand properly before putting the various stages into action.All good.
Great module - really gave me a clear view on which customers I should be focusing on and which ones I should "fire"!

Good presentation but could be condensed since most printers don't have the patience to listen for an hour.
